Online Travel Buying Up...Online Agencies Down

Dissatisfied At least customer satisfaction with Online Agencies is...as the big three (Orbitz, Travelocity and Expedia) are experiencing the lowest consumer ratings since satisfaction monitoring began in 2002. Only Priceline is showing higher satisfaction levels (must be because of the Shat).

Interestingly, our friend Scott Mast of Burkhalter Travel called this one in a guest column in our print-edition newsletter...back in the Summer of 2002.

Chris Elliott goes deeper...and suggests that at least one of the majors won’t survive.
