The US Travel Promotion Act passed in the House again last Friday...but now has to pass the Senate again, before going to the President's desk for a signature.
Why is something so easy so hard to pass...and something as convoluted as Health Care Reform so easily placed on the fast-track?
Oh yeah...because they don't want us to see what they're up to.
