As Destination Marketing Organizations increasingly move from "CVB" to "Visit," the image of what we do is still difficult to understand for many.
As the Portland CVB makes the transition, they created a video that so nails the rational and the imperative.
Exceptionally well played.
Good decision, and the video is great, too. I wonder why they didn't decide to make the full name, "Visit Portland Maine," to match the new logo.

What a great explanation of what we all go through everyday!

We've been using TravelTusc for a long time, but we still answer the phone--Tuscarawas county convention and Visitors Bureau. Time to change.

Well done and thank you! We will be sharing that on social media during National Tourism Week to validate the decision 6 years ago, a year after this organization was created, to become Visit Enid.

Thank you, Bill for sharing our name change & the video. We had a blast making it! We've had nothing but great comments about switching to Visit Portland. Thank you to all the CVBs who paved the way before us!
