As the outrage ripples over JetBlue's uncharacteristic service fumble this past week, an unbelievable story has emerged from the blizzard that crippled Denver right before the holidays.
USA Today reports that United Airlines diverted two flights away from DEN to Cheyenne...and then left the passengers there the next day as the jets flew on to their next scheduled routes EMPTY.
The telling quote from a United representative: "We had customers at other airports."
And just what do you call those people you stranded in Cheyenne?
