Very well said! Brings back the very same kind of memories for me of the day 10 years ago when I dropped of my own little girl - that's what they'll always be to us Dads, I guess - at college.

I am a regular reader of your blog and it usually generates a "that's cool" or " an interesting perspective" thought....but as a dad who sent three daughters off to college, you comments forced me relive my experiences and the feelings they evoke....it's hard, it's scary but they will always be your little girl and watching them become successful women is a lot more fun that watching them learn to ride a bike.
