It's really a shame how many opportunities DMOs drop to create loyal visitors by not embracing innovation and doing what they think is unconventional!


Great example of how a hotel forfeits guest loyalty in an attempt to earn a few extra bucks. Sounds like the hotel you stayed at could learn a few lessons from Chicago's Hotel Sax with their local attractions planning kiosks...
