Only the best Convention Center food - That's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one. :) It can't be Aramark then.

It's a home grown operation all the way. And it shows!


I just returned from Seattle and ate at The Brooklyn restaurant, which I highly suggest if you make it back to the city again. It's right in downtown, they have an extensive oyster bar, and you can sit in a highback cushy chair at a bar and watch you meal being made right before your eyes. It was excellent food and a memorable experience.
