Seen on a DMO website:
"If you are visiting our area within twelve days of your request for a Visitors Guide, please
understand that we cannot guarantee the guide will get to you before you leave."
Reeeallly? So, either your first class mail service is exceptionally slow (you're not waiting until you get enough orders to send it bulk to save money, are you?)...or you've decided that consumers who have a) made the effort to find you online and b) have expressed an interest in your destination aren't worth the $4.95 it takes to send the guide 2nd day mail on the off-chance you might just convert them to visitors.
