Leave it to the Swiss

At last month's Wisconsin Governor's Conference on Tourism, my friend and futurist David Zach pointed out that we do our best work and create the most amazing products and services in times of crisis. As proof, he offered up the blissfully stress-free Swiss, whose best work has only been in creating watches and clocks...while the rest of us have changed the world.

Until now. Responding to an uptick in teen pregnancies, the Swiss have "rolled out" a new extra-small condom for 12-year olds.

No...I'm not making this up. April Fool's Day was yesterday.
