Who Checked Off on This?

While I clearly think that too many cooks in the kitchen will ruin any ad...I think it's generally a good thing to run the finished product by a few people to make sure you're not missing something.

Like Progressive Insurance's recent decision to pull one of their TV spots in which Flo gleefully talks about riding "the pink pony" after The Date Safe Project tipped them to its slang meaning (don't bother looking for the spot on YouTube...it's been pulled). Didn't somebody in the room chuckle when the spot was previewed? No one?

Likewise, I kinda think that whoever was designing this billboard just didn't see what those fingers really look like.

Or, maybe they did and they're laughing their ass off right now.
