Today, America's school-age children are all back in class. For the States that get it, yesterday was the first day of class. Children in less sophisticated States have been back in class for a while.
Recently, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan issued an Executive Order that stipulates that public school will henceforth begin the day after Labor Day. He was subsequently blasted by the Baltimore Sun.
This response is as perfect as it gets, using facts to refute the Sun Editorial staff's anecdotal hysteria.
